A fire which destroyed part of a flat in Exmouth last night is thought to have been started deliberately.
It broke out in the ground-floor bedroom of a flat in a three-storey building in St Andrew's Road in the early hours of this morning.
Fire crews were called out just before 2am and found flames and smoke coming from the building.
The room was destroyed and the rest of the flat damaged.
There are no reports of any casualties.
