The volunteer team at Exmouth RNLI lifeboat station are holding a formal naming ceremony and service of dedication for their new D class lifeboat later.
George Bearman II will be unveiled at 2 o'clock, four months after she arrived at the station.
Since then, the lifeboat's been launched 24 times.
