A group campaigning against the redevelopment of Exmouth sea front are holding a public meeting this afternoon.
The Save our Seafront group feel the watersports hub, and retail and leisure complex, will spoil the character of the area.
Exmouth town and east Devon district councillor Bill Nash will be attending the meeting - but feels many of the group's concerns aren't justified.
He says the earlier designs for the watersports centre have now changed - and the other proposals are also constantly under constant review.
