Julian Staves was riding with sons
The family of a man killed when the motorbike he was traveling on was involved in a collision at Newton St Cyres, have paid tribute to him.
Mr Staves (pictured centre) was killed in a single vehicle collision on Sunday 30 August on the A377 westbound at Newton St Cyres, between Exeter and Crediton. Sadly, as a result of the collision Mr Staves received fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
His family's statement says: “With great sadness a loving and devoted husband and father was tragically taken away from us while enjoying a Sunday morning bike ride with his sons, we are certain he would have been smiling and enjoying the time spent doing what he loved. Us as a family are obviously tremendously devastated and are trying to get through this tragic time together. He will be sadly missed by everyone.”
