There's been interest from prospective buyers from overseas about an iconic railway holiday park at Dawlish Warren.
The owners of the Brunel Camping Carriages site are selling up and the auctioneers have put a guide price on it of £125,000.
Before it closed, holidaymakers were able to stay in railway carriages on the site.
The site will be auctioned off next week.
