An investigation's underway after an alleged sexual assault in Torquay.
It is said to have happened in the early hours of Saturday morning [19 October] at around 1am on Braddons Hill Road.
An area next to the Apple and Parrot pub was cordoned off for examination and police say the victim's currently being supported by specialist officers.
Acting Detective Chief Inspector Alexandra Doughty said: “Specialist officers are carrying out house-to-house and CCTV enquiries in order to follow up on several lines of enquiry.
“Anyone who feels they have any relevant information is urged to contact us on the below means.”
