Lawyers representing the people who were made violently ill by the norovirus outbreak at Exeter's Toby Carvery restaurant say they've now been contacted by more than 70 of those affected. The specialist legal team will be seeing if there are grounds for claiming compensation.
Dozens of people suffered severe sickness and diarrhoea after visiting the restaurant in Rydon Lane in the Easter week.
Now public health lawyers Irwin Mitchell are investigating the cause of the outbreak and whether anything could have been done to stop so many people from being ill.
The team want to hear from as many people affected as possible as they gather evidence - contact Tonia Kingsley on 0121 214 5499.
