A local youth worker is raising concerns that the loss of youth centres across Devon will leave children and teenagers vulnerable to crime.
The county council is continuing to run eight centres in locations including Exeter, Tiverton and Exmouth as 'hubs' - but many others could be lost.
Youth worker Dan Eynin says many of his colleagues are worried about the implications for young people, as they lose the support and guidance of trained professionals.
