Several fire crews have been tackling a blaze at an industrial unit in Exeter's Marsh Barton this morning.
Emergency crews were called out at about 5.30am to reports of alarms sounding at the Westward Toolbase warehouse in Alphin Brook Road, and flames and thick black smoke coming from the back of the building.
Six fire crews and the aerial ladder platform were called out and the road was closed from the roundabout near the Lidl supermarket to the Honda building.
The fire is now under control and the emergency crews have held a multi-agency meeting to ensure that they're all up to date.
