Shane Sweet, 36, was stabbed
A 20-year-old man is to appear at Exeter Magistrates Court on Monday charged with murder.
Tahla Redwan, 20 is accused of stabbing Shane Sweet, 33, in Cambridge Road in the Milehouse area of Plymouth last Monday afternoon.
Despite the efforts of paramedics, he died at the scene. Specialist officers are supporting his next of kin.
