A man's been charged with the murder of a 43 year old man in Exeter.
The victim, who hasn't been named, was found by police in a house in Alphington, on Thursday evening.
He'd suffered severe injuries and later died in hospital.
25 year old Ryan Singleton from Coventry is due before Exeter magistrates this morning, accused of murder and possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.
