It happened on Freshwater Drive in Paignton
A man is fighting for his life after his mobility scooter collided with a car in Paignton yesterday afternoon [19 September].
It happened on Freshwater Drive in the town just before 3pm with the man, believed to be in his 80s, taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the car was uninjured and the road was closed to complete a thorough collision investigation.
Police enquires are ongoing and they've appealed for anyone who witnessed the incident to call 101, quoting incident 522 of 19/09/19
