He failed to appear in court
A man who is wanted after failing to turn up in court to answer charges about a serious assault is now been sought by police.
They're trying to find Laurence Higgs, who is 32 and from Torquay.
Mr Higgs is white, around 5ft 10ins tall, of stocky build, with fair hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a light grey tracksuit top and dark grey tracksuit bottoms.
He is known to have links across Torbay.
Anyone who sees him or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call police on 999, quoting log/reference 956 of 31 December.
