A Government minister will be the keynote speaker today at a conference near Exeter on how employers can support staff with mental health needs.
The Mindful Employer initiative was set up 10 years ago in Exeter - to help bosses understand mental health conditions such as depression and offer them information and resources.
It's now being used all over the country - and the conference brings together 200 delegates who'll be addressed by the Minister of State for Care and Support, Norman Lamb.
