Police are investigating an accident near Tiverton earlier today in which a motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries.
He was in collision with a lorry and a car on the A38 at Burlescombe.
The road remains closed at Waterloo Cross and Maidenhead Cross - diversions are in place.
