A string quartet have performed on the M 5 Motorway after getting stuck in traffic near Cullompton.
A vehicle towing a horse box broke down...causing traffic chaos. However the horses were entertained by members of a string quartet heading home after performing at a wedding in Cornwall. They got their instruments out and played Pachibel's Canon to soothe them.
Violinist Lu Jeffery says their next venue could be the M6 or the M 25.
