There's been a fire at a house in Exeter.
It broke out in a terraced house in Well Street in the early hours of this morning.
The occupants, a father and son, got out safely.
The road was closed off by police and the neighbouring houses were evacuated, because of the possible danger caused by a gas cylinder on the premises.
The cause of the fire isn't thought to be suspicious.
