Members of the public concerned about people sleeping rough in Exeter are being urged to report them to a phone hotline.
A new team from the specialist charity Julian House are taking over the outreach programme in the city and in east Devon and Teignbridge next month.
They'll be working with homeless people to get them off the streets, but are asking the public to help by letting them know about rough sleepers who may not have come to their notice.
