The new provider of community health services in east Devon will be lobbied over the issue of transport to hospitals and GP practices in rural areas.
A few days ago the regulator Monitor gave the go-ahead for the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust to take over the services - over-ruling an objection from the current provider.
