'Inappropriate conversation' with 13-year-old
A man on an electric bike's being sought after trying to chat up a boy near Starcross.
The 13 year-old says he was approached on the main road at Cockwood last Saturday between three and four o'clock - and the man in his late 60s or early 70s tried to engage him in inappropriate conversation.
The man's five feet nine to ten, with fair hair and small lensed glasses. He was wearing big baggy jeans and a blue fleece when he talked to the child. The boy rode off in the direction of Dawlish Warren and saw the man ride past him again.
He's been on the cycle path on previous weekends. Call 101 if you can help, quoting reference CR/020309/20, or anonymously Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
