'Partnerships and collaboration' being considered by police commissioner

Devon and Cornwall's police and crime commissioner says he's working to reduce the demands on the force, as budgets look set to remain tight following the next round of Government funding.

In an interview to mark his first six months in office, Tony Hogg has confirmed that he's looking at partnership and collaborative working.

But he's also pledged to spend the summer tackling the priorities set out in his crime and policing plan - which includes organising a seminar on alcohol-related crime this summer.
