Man, 50s, was walking in Exeter
Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a collision between a car and a pedestrian in Exeter.
Officers were called at around 11.43pm to the B3183, East Wonford Hill, on Saturday 17 February.
It was reported that the collision involved a white Mercedes car and a pedestrian.
The pedestrian, a man in his 50s, sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital. His next of kin have been informed and with him.
The road was closed while an investigation was carried out at the scene.
Officers from the Roads Policing Team would like to thank the public for their patience whilst the road was closed.
