Woman has life-changing injuries
A pedestrian has life-changing injuries after being knocked down in Exeter.
Emergency services were called after a grey Ford Focus and a female pedestrian were involved in a collision in Church Road, Alphington, at around 8.45 a.m. on Friday [26 August].
The woman, in her sixties, was taken to Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, but the driver of the car was uninjured.
The road was closed for around six hours whilst police investigated the scene.
They want witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to call them on 101 quoting log 0174 of 26 August.
