Do you know the man pictured?
Police have released an image of man they would like to following an arson attack in Torquay.
Items of plastic were set alight on the doorstep of a property on Market Street at the beginning of February. Two people were checked over by paramedics but no one suffered serious injuries.
Officers would like to identify the man pictured as they believe he may be able to assist with their enquiries.
