Dream fourth-round draw for Devon side
Plymouth Argyle could be in for a big pay day, with the news they are to play Chelsea in the FA Cup fourth round.
Argyle beat Championship side Birmingham after scoring the only goal of the match in extra time in the third round at Home Park on Saturday.
Now they will travel to London to play last year's finalists at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea lost that final 1-nil to Leicester.
It will be the first time Plymouth have faced Chelsea since 1989 when the London club won 1-0 at Home Park.
The match will be played some time during the first weekend of February, with exactly timing to be determined by the demands of television schedulers.
If ITV or the BBC broadcast the game, Plymouth will enjoy a bumper payment. That the match will be in the capital is a boost for Plymouth, as revenues from ticket sales are split between teams playing in the FA Cup. Stamford Bridge can hold nearly 41,000 fans, three times the size of Argyle's Home Park.
