Police in Exeter are looking for three teenage boys who threatened and verbally abused two people with learning difficulties.
The man and woman were leaving the Vue Cinema around 7.15pm on Sunday 26 November when the boys, aged around 15, blocked the exit.
The victims, who are local, were left distressed and fearful.
Police are treating the incident as a hate crime and are appealing for witnesses.
