Crews called to Newton Abbot in the early hours.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service says Police will investigate after what's thought to be a deliberate fire in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday 10th September).
Crews from Newton Abbot and Torquay were called to Salisbury Road just after 2am.
By the time they arrived, the fire had spread to a timber outbuilding and had started to affect an end of terraced property.
The outbuilding and a wheelie bin were completely destroyed by the fire.

Police are now conducting an investigation.
