They are searching for three men
Police are investigating - after reports that three men attacked a man with a hammer in North Devon in the early hours of this morning [11 October].
They were called to a property on Greenways in Ilfracombe following a disturbance at around 4.30am.
Reports from police were that three unknown men entered the property.
The victim, a man in his 30s, was taken to North Devon District Hospital with a facial injury but was later discharged.
Officers say enquiries are ongoing.
