Police are investigating an accident in Exeter in which a car crashed into the front of a house. They're searching for two men who fled the scene.
It was just before midnight on Easter Sunday when the occupant of a terraced house in Cowley Bridge Road, opposite the Duryard halls of residence, heard a loud bang.
When he looked outside he saw that a blue Volvo had careered into the front of his home, bringing down the wall outside and breaking a window.
The car had apparently been trying to overtake a taxi which was turning right, but instead hit the taxi and veered across the pavement.
The taxi driver was treated for a minor foot injury.
The driver and passenger had both left the scene and police would like to hear from anyone with information on them.
