It follows a robbery in South Wales last week.
The group of four demanded cash from a man in Swansea before driving off in his convertible Mercedes.
It happened on Wednesday 2nd September and police believe 2 of the men, who are all believed to be Polish, may now be in Exeter.
Officers are looking in particular for a 28-year old man called Konrad Kolbuszeusk and a white Vauxhall Zafira.
