Could massage be key to thriving?
A Cranbrook massage therapy expert is looking for participants for a new study on how the Jing Method can improve well-being for those who work through the small hours.
The type of massage has been used for over 20 years and focuses on treating chronic pain and musculoskeletal issues.
If you work at least three hours between 11 PM and 6 AM, this study could be for you!
Kate Brown, who has nine years of experience working 12-hour shifts, says she "wants to bring something positive to the community and offer solutions to make night work more manageable".
The study aims to help those experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, depression, and poor sleep quality.
Participants will complete weekly questionnaires and receive private treatments in Cranbrook.
You have until Sunday 6th July to get involved.
