There is some hope this morning for people who had paid to enter this year's Rocksolid event near Exeter.
After the company behind it last week ceased trading, it was reported that no refunds would be offered to people who had paid to register for the event at Escot.
It has now been announced that anyone who paid their entry fee through eventbrite are being offered a full refund as a goodwill gesture from the ticketing company.
Despite having no obligation to do this, eventbrite have begun writing to people who booked through their website confirming that they will get their money back within the next 7 days.
