Suspects flee the scene
A man has a fractured eye socket after he was punched and kicked to the floor by two strangers in Plymouth.
Investigations are underway after the assault on North Hill on Saturday (18 April) around 11:45 PM.
Two white men kept kicking him before fleeing the scene.
One of the suspects was wearing a grey T-shirt, blue jeans, and had a chain on his right arm. He had X hair with a beard and sideburns. The other was wearing a black hoodie with blue jeans and was bold and clean-shaven.
Several people are the victim to his fee, and officers are trying to track him down.
