A Starcross man, who sexually abused children as young as five, is starting a 28 year prison sentence this morning.
33 year old Robert Singleton was convicted of committing 10 serious sexual assaults against four young girls, between 1995 and 2013.
He was described in court as a manipulative, dangerous man who showed no remorse and was still a risk to children.
