It has been confirmed that Olly Murs will not be performing at Powderham Castle next Saturday.
Thousands of fans have been left disappointed by the shock announcement which was made yesterday.
Now it has been confirmed that the company behind the concert, Stephen C Associates Limited, have gone into administration and are expected to go into liquidation shortly.
The company says they are not in a position to offer refunds on most tickets.
Powderham Castle has apologised to those who have booked tickets and say they are looking at ways to make a gesture to those who have been left disappointed.
