The 25 Boutique B&B in Torquay has been named the best in the world by travel website TripAdvisor.
The 6 bedroom guest house was bought by Andy and Julian Banner-Price and refurbished in 2015.
It offers "funky bedrooms" and "award winning breakfasts".
This isn't their first award. In November 2017, the B&B won both Gold for Best B&B in Devon and Winner of Winners Award at the Devon Tourism Awards. In April 2018, they won Silver for Best B&B in England in the national Visit England Awards for Excellence, and Unique B&B of the Year for Great Britain at The AA B&B Awards.
Andy even runs training courses for others wanting to set up B&Bs.
