Boys were on motorbike
A teenage biker and his pillion passenger are in a serious condition following a collision in Torquay.
Police were called to reports of a collision involving a blue Lexmoto 125cc motorbike and a grey Mercedes C220 AMG car on Westhill Road, at the junction with Chatto Road in Torquay, at around 11.55 p.m. last Friday [20 May].
They say that two local teenage boys suffered life threatening and life changing injuries.
One was taken to Torbay Hospital and the other to Bristol Royal Infirmary. The driver of the Mercedes was uninjured.
It took more than 12 hours before the road re-opened at around 12.45 p.m. on Saturday 21 May.
