Williams has final say on where he goes
Exeter City chairman Julian Tagg says two clubs have put in offers for City's player of the season Randell Williams. The 23-year-old wing back notched five goals and 14 assists for the Grecians last season - it's clear to see why he's captured the attention of higher tier clubs.
Hull City and Peterborough United have both approached City with offers for Williams, who's contract runs out next year.
United provided a more appealing number, says Tagg, but Exeter are yet to accept any bids. Ultimately, Williams has the final say on where the goes, as Tagg explains in our short video below:
