Three men arrested
Police are appealing for witnesses to reports of rape in Exeter and Topsham on Monday 17 October.
The incidents took place in the Musgrave Row area of Exeter and the car park being Topsham Fire Station between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m.
Three men, one 26-year-old from Exeter, another aged 22 from Topsham and a 32-year-old from Torquay were arrested on suspicion of rape and have been released on bail. Two are due to return on Thursday 10 November and another on Friday 11 November.
DI Tanya Youngs said: “The female victim is being supported by specially trained officers at this time while enquiries are continuing.
“We are currently appealing for witnesses and would ask anyone with information which may assist police to contact us.
“We would also like to hear from anyone who may have seen a blue Mercedes E-class car in the area at the time.”
