It happened last Monday morning
Kayleigh Gill, 22, who lived in Tavistock, died after a collision between a car and a lorry near Junction 29 at 5.50am last Monday morning (14th January)
She was taken to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital before being transferred to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth, where she later died.
Three other people in the car, as well as the lorry driver, sustained minor injuries.
Meanwhile a fundraising page for Kayleigh's funeral has raised more than £6,700
The page says Kayleigh's organs have been donated to help others.
She leaves behind 2 young sons, Isaac who is nearly 4 and Arthur who is nearly 2.
