Man, 40s, was from Lancashire
A motorcyclist has been killed in a collision in Torquay.
Emergency services were called to Teignmouth Road at around 7.40pm on Tuesday to a crash between a motorbike and a Citroen C1 car.
The biker, a man in his forties from Lancashire, was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
The road was closed while an investigation was carried out.
Anyone with relevant information or dash-cam footage which may assist the investigation is asked to contact police on 101, quoting log 704 from 16 April.
