Police would like to trace a man who may have information vital to an investigation into a report of attempted sexual assault on a woman in Plymouth.
They're investigating an incident in the Wolseley Road area, between 8.50 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Thursday 23 February and would like to identify and speak to the man pictured as they believe he may be able to assist with their enquiries.
