Two men have been arrested after two armed robberies in South Devon.
Cash was handed over after a person went into a shop in Victoria Street on Friday with a hammer and knife and allegedly made threats.
Meanwhile a man threatened staff at a bookmakers on Palace Avenue yesterday and left with some money.
Noone was hurt
A twenty five year old man from Paignton and a forty five year old from Torquay are helping police with their enquiries.
