A man was treated for smoke inhalation on Saturday after a fire at a curry house in the town.
A deep fat fryer had caught alight at the Bombay Delight.
But it was out by the time fire crews arrived - and the man was treated by ambulance staff.
Then on Sunday morning, firefighters were called to Dawlish Methodist Church after the organ set on fire. No one was hurt.
