Confirmed: Devon and Cornwall Police face 9-million pound budget cut.

Police and Crime Commissioner Tony Hogg says it's more than expected and will impact on the way Devon and Cornwall is policed over the next few years.

The confirmation follows last week’s Home Office announcement on police funding

Mr Hogg's hinted that reducing officer numbers, closing police stations and finding new ways for the public to deal with the police will have to be looked at as ways of saving money.
