People in Crediton are staging an event on climate change today - ahead of international talks on the issue on Monday.
World leaders are meeting to discuss a legally binding and universal agreement to reduce greenhouse gases.
Crediton residents will be making written pledges to reduce their own carbon footprint - and these will be sent to the Secretary of State for Climate Change.
The event also features music, poetry and a speech by the town's mayor.
