70-year-old died last month
A man has been charged with in connection to the death of a man in Plymouth last month.
Police were called at 9.55 p.m. on Thursday 18 February to an address on Shelley Way following concerns for the welfare of a man.
70-year-old Patrick Powney was taken to Derriford hospital where he was later confirmed deceased.
Shaun Powney, aged 51, of Shelley Way, Plymouth, has been charged with murder.
He is due to appear before Plymouth Crown Court at 10 a.m. on Thursday 18 March.
