Collision at Knowle on Saturday
A driver has life-threatening injuries following a collision between two vehicles in an East Devon village on Saturday evening.
A Silver Audi A3 and a red Kia Nero crashed just before 7pm on the B3178 road for Woodbury Common at Knowle near Budleigh Salterton.
Whilst the occupants of the Kia sustained minor injuries, the driver of the Audi has life-threatening or at least life-changing injuries. Devon Air Ambulance flew the man to Derriford Hospital.
Anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage is asked to call police on 101 quoting log number 815 of 15 May.
Police have thanked the public for their patience whilst the collision was investigated.
