An East Devon firm has been named and shamed by the Government for failing to pay the minimum wage.
Plumbing company CPS South-West Ltd, from East Budleigh, is among 25 companies on the blacklist - even though it only neglected to pay 261 pounds.
New legislation being brought in by the Government will also mean companies can be fined up to 20 thousand pounds for every worker they underpay.
