They were all in one car
A crash on the A380 near Newton Abbot on Tuesday has left five people seriously injured.
They were all in one car, the only vehicle involved in the incident around 10.30am on the southbound carriageway at Mamhead Cross.
The five occupants of a maroon Peugeot 207 a were taken to Torbay, Derriford and the Royal Devon & Exeter hospitals for treatment.
The road was partially closed while forensic work was undertaken, and the vehicle recovered.
Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision, or was in the area at the time and saw the vehicle before the crash, as well as motorists with relevant dashcam footage.
